State employees are invited to a webinar on May 17 from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. that will discuss how to create accessible documents, presentations and other files using Office 365 products. This training is being held in conjunction with the seventh Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD). The purpose of GAAD is to get everyone talking, thinking and learning about digital (web, software, mobile, etc.) access/inclusion and people with different disabilities.
The webinar will raise awareness of accessibility features within the Microsoft Office 365 productivity suite and provide high-level information on how to integrate accessibility-based design thinking into your everyday work. Additional training opportunities and resources will be offered to commonwealth employees in the coming months.
